The trees are losing all their leaves and I don’t think we’ll have much of these beautiful colors left for much longer. It pretty much feels like winter now. I’m not looking forward to taking outfit photos in these cold temperatures!
I don’t normally shop at Old Navy but I randomly went in there last month and was pleasantly surprised with their sweaters. I found this one on sale for less than $15 that day! I couldn’t resist with the price and the cute “Merci” on the front. I also picked up the cardigan from this post. I was happy when I realized it matched this vintage skirt! I’ve had it for years but I hardly ever wore it since I didn’t have many tops that go with it.

When I woke up Friday I saw fog out my window and had to take some photos. So I got dressed real quick and ran outside. Unfortunately half of my photo files somehow got destroyed but I still have these to post.
I want to get a beret in every color. It’s so easy to throw it on over a bad hair day. I’m also wearing a Samantha Pleet dress. I love her clothing so much but this is the only item I own. The print is magical!
I had a long weekend and I’m so excited I finally got some sewing done. I can’t wait to share what I made. Stay tuned!

We’re starting to get some fall colors in the trees, but it’s still pretty warm here. I just love this cozy blanket scarf I got from Modcloth last year. I paired it with a chambray shirt and a wool skirt I thrifted. The skirt was way too big so I pretty much took it apart and restitched it. I’m also wearing another new pair of boots (there was a really good sale!). They are very soft and pretty comfy! I’m really looking forward to this weekend. Having a nice dinner out for my birthday, pumpkin picking and MAYBE a new tattoo!

I turned 29 today! We’re not really celebrating until Friday but I’m looking forward to some ice cream cake and watching a Halloween movie with Michael tonight. I’m wearing my Seamwork Kenedy dress I made. I paired it with some tights, a leather jacket and some new boots I treated myself to this week! I’ll have to get a better picture of them next time. I just love the studded details around the back of them! (And yes, I borrowed Michaels birthday balloons for these photos, haha)
